I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 12 years, holding almost every job in the industry has to offer. I felt my next natural progression was to have my own centre til I realised it would detract from my passion for helping change people’s bodies and lives. With that being said I dove head first into Online Coaching overnight after working face to face in centres for 11 years, this allowed me to increase my ability to service more clients, charge less as I wasn’t limited to seeing 1 person each hour and I can have more ‘hands-on’ time with each person every week which actually turns in better overall results for my clients!
Whether your goal is to step on stage or even just transform yourself physically and mentally I look forward to helping you reach your goals.
